They haven't sent out the repair request forms yet. The first day you have to go up to the building the Factory will be in by division to register and they will give you a tag# to hang on your unit so they can find you. They will go over your list with you, at that time you can add items if you need to in case you forgot something. They will also add and repair something while they are there repairing if they see something. Hope that helps you out how it works. At the end you sign off that everything has been done.

It works like a charm, BUT, with this caution, YOU must be patient while standing in line to go over the list and in waiting for them to get to you to do the repairs. You need a BIG dose of PATIENCE at the Goshen rally. With so many people attending, it does take time to service them, from registration, eating, getting on tour buses, etc. If you are impatient, you are going to be extremely upset and will not enjoy the experience. So many wonderful, friendly people to meet, but it's up to you.

SO, slow down, take a deep breath, relax and above all ENJOY!
