Boondocking in Nova Scotia & PEI

Hi,
Been working on our Sept. trip and we will have a few individual days between campgrounds where boondocking for the odd night might work best.
Has anyone boondocked in either of these provinces, and if so, had any problems or complaints with doing it?
Likely areas are on PEI between Cavendish & Morell and in NS on the east coast either north or south of Halifax.
Checking a little online and it seems like it might be viable.

I was researching the same thing for our trip up ( 22 days and counting!). I know that Canada has a lot of “Crown” land that is like our BLM. But the requirements for boondocking or camping on that land for non-Canadian citizens is sketchy at best. I was going to call but never did because we have reservations throughout Nov Scotia. I maybe looking for some options in New Brunswick so hopefully, someone with experience can chime in. Following the post!

Can't help with the boondocking but we are planning Nova Scotia in the spring of
2019 are are looking for campground recommendations w/50amp. Where you all stayin?
