Boondocking water supply

I was talking to a feller yesterday about boondocking up in the White mountains this coming summer and the issue of having a water supply. He turned me on to this setup he uses for his 5th wheel. Of course one would travel with it empty and then fil at a source nearby after camp is established.

My only concern would be pin box clearance when turning.
On a goose neck... no problem but the part of the pin box that sticks down on a conventional 5th wheel will likely hit and then damage the tank, the truck or both.

Many folks us an auxiliary tank or bladder to carry extra water.
On units with a winterization port... it is fairly easy to connect a hose to that port and draw from the bladder/tank when the on-board fresh thank gets empty.

Here is my method of gathering water and filling my tank. Travel with the empty 55gal tank on back of TT and then when needed it gets filled in the back of my bed and a hose is ran from my bed to the rear of the TT, where my fill tank is and just let gravity do its job. It does take a while to fill it up but when i'm camping i'm in no rush.
