New fresh water tank has a thread connection?

Hello, we just got our new rig (vibe 308) and the fresh water fill is a threaded hose connection just like the city water. I'm worried about pressurizing the tank and internal hose clamps. Is there an over flow? We mostly boondock and my last rig just had a gravity feed.

Thanks!

On the fresh water tank side there should be a over flow tube installed to let air out of tank while filling..once water comes out its full shut off right away or you could rupture your tank. On the city side use a pressure regulator should never go ver 40 to 45 psi in pressure otherwise you may blow lines and clamps. Some city connections can have high pressure flow coming out of camp ground facets.

City side does not fill your water tank.
