What is the operating voltage of the controller? These are large panels 5' x 4'. The price seems too good to be true. A controller alone for that size panel would be close to $150. Possibly Edison panels. There are generally used on commercial high voltage residential systems.

Just go on Amazon and look. Just get the cheapest with the best warranty. You can probably find 100 watt panels for close to $1/watt in either flexible or hard panels.

You should be able to get good panels from a US company with support and warranty for about $1.00 a watt.

There is a lot of used solar equipment for sale. A lot of it is older, not very efficient, and partly worn out but the price is right. It is a way to get started.

What is your plan 1,000 watts of solar?

What's wrong with Chinese panels. Many of their companies have been building solar panels for decades.

I have a pair of panels made by Komaes, a company that's been building them since the early '90s and they work flawlessly.

Panel only cost was less than $1 per watt. 1/3 the cost of Renogy panels and almost 1/5 the cost of Zamp (a couple of US companies).
