The first Roo they sent us had a sticker that said a full load of water weighed 249 lbs. The tank measured 28x54x6. Do that math.

The person in charge of doing the math for the sticker evidently did not excel at math.

Moral of story. Just because you think its an official weight or capacity don't put much trust in it.

I never have more than 1/4 tank of water, usually less, just enough to flush toilet while enroute ID necessary. But if Dry camping it's still low until I get to where I am going ,then top it off before arrival. Just how I do things

I've never had an issue carrying a full water tank with past RV's. FR has some redesigning to do.

OP, for a salesman to mention something like that after the sale it sounds like he knows something. Like a design issue with that model.
I didn't even get the "first" trip with our 2016 2504S before the brace bent, but the tank split at the corner of the low point drain. DO NOT stuff the water hose and crank up the water unattended! The tank vent system will not keep up with the volume. The tank will go round and bend the supports. We boondock and always tow with a full water tank. That said i beefed up the tank supports.
