USB Charging Station for Tablets and Phones

I finished this small project last night. I wanted a spot to charge tablets and phones. I moved the control panel lower and also added two hooks for keys and a flashlight to hang on. It is all out of the way on the end panel of the kitchen upper unit. It is hard to see but there is a rack to put the tables and phones in while they are charging, kinda looks like a small magazine rack. There are 4 USB charging ports and I can add more in the 12 volt plug-in if needed. I wired it into the slide circuit which is a 30 amp circuit. I Used 10 gauge wire on the USB chargers. I will add some pic's with a table and phone being charged is soon as I can!

Looks great!!! Was that a lexan backing you put it all on? Makes it look professionally done. Might have to use that idea.

I built it out on sand 1/2" plywood

Here are better pic's of what I built. I made it out of 1/2" sanded plywood, spray painted black.

Hmmmm

I think I am going to have to show this to the husband and tell him I have another project. I am sure he can knock it out right after he makes that custom cutting board to replace the warped sink cover.
