2002 coachmen 241 fk limited edition

We had to sell our sandpiper but found this coachmen camper for when we go to the flea mkt circuits. I spent 3 hours checking, cleaning and adding more sealant to the roof today using self leveling dicor and tape. My question is about the part where the seams on the sides meet. Like the side seams meeting the back and front outside of the rv. The sealant there isn't too bad but I definitely want to clean and caulk there and anywhere else. I can also feel cold air coming from the inside of the camper when I push the eletrical cord back in. How do I seal that? And one more thing I need advice on is the screens on the inside. I got them off (not easily). To tint the windows but wasn't able to reinsert them. Is there some kind of magic trick to get those little buggers back in?
Thank you in advance.
