2011 Freedom Express 295RLDS

We received our 295RLDS Saturday and tried it out that night. Now I have a few questions that I hope you can help me with.I would like to move the 19" flat screen tv from the living area to the bedroom, what's the biggest tv that will fit in the cabinet opening. I tried to run directv to the tv but couldn't receive a signal, ran the cable through a open window and got the dish tuned it. But couldn't pickup through the cable hookup on the side of the camper. The outside light under the awning is orange and don't give out much light is there another bulb I can buy to replace it. Thank you for your help.

Congrats on your Freedom Express. The reason the outside light under the awning is orange is because it's a bug light. Most bugs are attracted to light but the amber color helps keep some, not all, bugs away from the door.

Congrats again on your 295 RLDS, we have had ours going on 2 years and love it. We put the 19"er in our bedroom and put a 26" TV in the entertainment center; it seem to fill up the opening pretty well. As for the cable hook-up, it's not really wired for satellite. If you do a Google search you will find many workarounds. This is the one I used which involved re-wiring the wall plate. It works just fine with our Dish setup.

Thanks for your replies . We sold our 2006 Jayco 23FB and upgraded to the 295 RLDS .Was it hard to put the 19" tv in the bedroom since it's a 12volt ? I will look for a 26" tv to replace the 19" in the living room.My Jayco was already wired for Directv and had a tv in the bedroom so I didn't have to do anything.Again thanks for the link.

Even our previous trailer, an R-POD had different hook ups for cable and for satellite; was surprised the Coachman didn't. As for the 12vdc 19" TV, I had an un-used power supply from an old laptop and it works fine on the TV.
