2014 Apex 22qbs

We picked up our new trailer yesterday.PDI went well(4hrs of check and re-check) all problems found were fixed on the spot. Unit towed really well with the new equal-i-zer hitch. Got about 9.5 mpg driving 60mph into a 10-15 mph head wind. Spent the day today doing minor mods and some minor packing. looking forward to our first camping experience in it.

Added a small countertop fold down extention, 4" memory foam mattress topper, researching best ways to add shelving to large closet in bathroom.I'm sure the DW will have other more ideas before the last one is completed.

You can count on that my friend!

The memory foam will make a big difference.

Welcome to the APEX family. We used ours for the first time a couple of weeks ago on a 5 day trip. No problems! (We have a 258RKS)

Great looking unit. Thanks for the welcome. We had a short 2day trip to local state park for our shake down 2 weeks ago. No problems also. Looking forward to 7 days scheduled in may. Happy Camping!

Hope you are having fun with your trailer. We travelled to Vallecito Lake, Colorado for our latest trip. Love those tree's!

Well as luck would have it, all camping trips in May were cancelled. DW fell May 5 and broke her ankle(plate and 8 screws). Took a short 3 day trip to a State park near Gainsville Fl. DW in a wheelchair and walker, so not a whole lot to do. The cast comes off July 2nd so hopefully we will get some real camping in late July and August. Our big trip is not till September when we go to Stone Mountain Ga for 10 days. Happy Camping.

Well, the bad luck will make it all the better when you do get out. Have a great time and be safe on those upcoming trips.
