2014 Freedom Express 242RBS stabilizer jacks

Ok, can anyone tell why I should keep the electric stabilizer jacks? I cannot put enough weight on them to "stabilize" the unit!! I'm thinking of yanking them off putting scissor jacks on!!!!

Comments!!!!

Feel the same way about my 2014 320bhds. Put them down and the electronic overload kicks them out. Kids walk in the camper and we are shaking. I still use them but bought a set of four crank stabilizer jacks from walmart. Put them behind the wheels and in front of door and they help.

kids think tt stands for tan turd.

I have the same ones on my unit. Same problem. I do push the electric ones until they just start to lift the unit then use 4 jacks on the front and rear of the axels. This removes most of the bounce in the trailer.

Same problem I had with the rear electric hacks on my fifth wheel. I could get the pressure by putting them down and then raising the front, but didn't help much. Thought about crank Jack's, but went with the steady fast stabilizer bars (like jt and such). Solid as a rock.
