2016 281rlds Front Entry Door Holder

We are having a problem with the front door entry door holder. It's not lining up with door so the holder is useless. Notice this on the same model on another camper at another dealer. Is it suppose to be like this? The back door (going into the kitchen) is fine. What's the secret to get it to hold if its correct?

You're talking about the tab on the outside of the camper for when the door is open the tab comes out and holds the door? My two work perfectly and are lined up on my EVO.
