2017 Freedom Express 275BHS

Anyone out here have one of the new 275 BHS models? I found the floorplan and really like the layout. It is very similar to our Surveyor (which we love). But the 275BHS adds a sofa opposing the entertainment center. The kids may not like it since their bunks would no longer open towards the television (good kids get a movie late when parents get their own fire time ).
Anyway, I am curious about a few things that may or may not be an issue:

• If a ladder is in place at the bunks, it looks like there would be a very small path to the lav with the entertainment center in the way???
• Access to the drivers side of the queen looks difficult in front of the bed. Is there enough walking space?
• Can you actually see the television when seated on the left side of the loveseat?
