Just wondering if anyone knows what the bottom double bunk is rated for weight wise? I think the top is rated for 150 lbs , I think !

Our top bunk is 200 lbs. It says it right on it on a little sticker. As far as the bottom, I would imagine with it being center supported and 1/4 plywood sheets, at least 3-400 lbs That one does not have a posting, though

I have a 28dds.....love it by the way. There was no sticker on it indicating the weight but I am a heathy 240 and have slept up there without incident. Lots of the bunks I have seen at shows indicate 300lb max. I had a buddy sleep there for 3 drunken nights that was at least 200lbs also without incident. I would be interested in what Coachmen had to say about it.

Just be careful. Make sure that the bunk actually lines up with the side rails. Mine does not line up and was bought that way. So there will be some factory warranty work going on shortly.

Thanks for the all the input so what i did was put some supports from the floor under the side rails and put a centre support in as well I'm a healthily 260lbs and it held up great with no movement, the top bunk that's a different story I'm not even going to try that!
