28DDS Slide Issue

I have a 2011 28 DDS that I bought late last year. We haven't had a trip in it yet but are planning on going next weekend. After summarizing last week I put the slide out with no issue. I have taken it in and put it out one other time in between. I decided to hook up today and take it for a test run as i had not pulled it before. When I got back from the run I unhooked and put the slide out I then noticed that the slide had scuffed the inside floor towards the front of the unit leaving a black mark across the floor. I could also see the mark where it dragged across the carpet. This is the first time that this has happened. Has anyone ever encountered this issue. It seems that the slide is dropped towards the front or there is something protruding from the bottom of the slide itself on the inside. I plan on contacting the dealer tomorrow.

Your slide needs to be adjusted. Mine had done the same thing but mine was under warranty so they adjusted it and now I have no problems.
