That is definitely not right. If it were me, I am not sure I would pull it any distance at all until I got under there are looked for signs something is loose.
The axles are bolted to the springs with u-shaped bolts. If loose, the axle could do lots of weird things. Among those is twist or rotate forward or aft, which may damage your brake wires and mess up the alingment.
Really the only way to fix it is to drop the axle off the springs, align it and tighten it back up. This is not really a complicated job, but you would need a strong enough hydraulic jack to lift the trailer and then sufficient jackstands underneath to hold it up.
Rather than go to a FR dealer, I might suggest you contact FR about using a local trailer repair shop. I know my local trailer repair shop knows much more about the axles and running gear than any FR dealer I have seen. After all, that is all they do.
