Coachman said that could cause the offset, because of the "Wide Track Design" the axles act more independently and I should drive it strait down the road and see if that helps. You should be able to drive in circles without the axle slipping to one side.
Did you happen to send these pics to whoever you have been speaking with at Coachman so they can see what you are describing?
