Ok, so I found my water pump (it was behind the bottom drawer in the bunkhouse), now for my next issue. How do I disconnect the inlet line to pump in the antifreeze? There doesn’t appear to be a correct way to do it.

Oh yeah, just in case anyone was looking, the water heater shutoff valve(s) is behind the panel under the fridge.

You would just unscrew the fitting for the inlet hose and then connect the hose that you are going to use for the antifreeze.
