320BHDS Outdoor Kitchen Door Brackets

If anyone has a newer 320BHDS with the outdoor kitchen, please help!
I'm looking for a few detailed photos of the backing plate that Coachman attaches the door strut bracket to, on the door side of the strut.
I have a 2012 292BHDS without the backing plate for the door strut mount.
Looking to add the 2 backing plates to my outdoor kitchen door since the screws are beginning to strip their threads in the door.
And of corse the dealership has no idea what I'm talking about. I figure if I can show them a photo it might be helpful.

Thanks

I have a 2014 that is tucked away in storage, I do not recall any visible backing plate. When I get a chance I will check it out for you, if I can get the outdoor kitchen door open, since it is tight quarters.

There is no backing plate. I have a 292BHDS and the screw heads sheared right off this summer due to the forces from closing the door.
I had my dealer use stainless steel machine screws and nuts and go right through the door using the same strut brackets . No more problems. There are now 2 small stainless screw heads on the outside, but it looks fine, almost factory looking.
I'd post a pic, but the TT is now in storage.

Hope this helps

No backing plates on mine either, since hearing of the horror stories i have been very careful in closing mine. 2013 model, after having mine in for several other problems i wonder when we could just return it for a refund.
