Got it at Home Depot and better flow than the one that came with the unit.

Nice! We have one of those pull-out faucets in our 5er and really like it;

Nice faucet install.

What kind of faucet was there from the factory? Mine came with a pull out that looks similar. (2 handle instead of 1).

One complaint I have on mine is no water pressure or volume. Especially compared to the bathroom faucets. Pump or city water. I suspect the weight that retracts the pullout is clamped on too tight and squeezing the hose, but I haven't had a chance to check it yet.

Came with the same one that is in your picture. I had the same low flow but with this one it is a lot better. My DW was not satisfied with the factory installed faucet. I tested it yesterday and what a world of difference in the water flow. The shower from the head actually works now.

That's a little disappointing. I hoped I just had a bad install contributing to the water pressure. Looks like I'll be hunting for a new faucet too.

Was it a straight forward swap?

Pretty much a straight forward swap. After a few bruised ribs from getting up under the sink, you can screw the new faucet fittings into the PEX fittings but the PEX is stiff and will bend enough and not have to cut the PEX and re-plumb.

Have you checked for debris in the head? Many a unit have had issues with little bits of debris being left in the pipes affecting water flow in other units, so stands to reason it would affect the pull out heads too. A good cleaning might save you having to get a new head.

Yes I did remove and checked the factory installed shower head many times and found no debris so I chose this route.

First thing I did was take off the head. Same poor water flow just coming out of the hose.

I haven't checked the return weight, but that's the only other thing I can think of short of disassembling the whole faucet.

IKEA.

THIS page will get you to the pieces you need. 3 parts: rod, hooks and baskets.

Cheap too. $35 for everything.

I did put some double side tape on the back, bottom edge of the baskets so they don't scrape on the wall when traveling.
