390 Chaparral Landing Jacks

Any Help will be helpful, I have a new 2016 390 Coachmen Chaparral, the Left side landing jack won't go up all the way when i pull the pin once the Rv is attached to the truck. The other side (Right) once the truck and rv are hooked up, I can pull the pin and the landing jack will go all the way up very freely, but the left side will go half way and get stuck, i had to use a bottle jack to go up and then i need to hammer the landing jack down, The Rv electric jacks work great when i need to remove the rv from the truck. any thoughts? Thanks

Bent tube.

Warranty time.

If you live anywhere close to Middlebury, Indiana; take it to the factory for repair.
