Apex Nano 193BHS is the hot water heater duel fuel?

Apex Nano 193BHS has tape over a switch on the hot water heater itself. It looks like it turns on the electric heater ..if there is one. Does anyone know if 193 does propane and electric?

That switch is for the electric element in the water heater. It can run on Propane, or 120V, or Propane and 120V simultaneously.

The tape might have been a reminder to make sure the water heater if filled with water before the electric heating element is turned on. Otherwise it could burn the electric heating element out.

Confirmed. The switch is working and the tape is for the tire kickers. Thanks everyone!
