Apex Nano floor soft spots

Hey everyone im new to the site, purchased my first travel trailer almost 1 year ago. I have a 2018 Apex Nano 191RBS, and im noticing some softer spots in the floor. Mostly near the fridge and entrance to the bathroom, I do feel it in some other areas but I dont believe this is water damage, there was a leak in the shower drain due to construction practices from the factory that I have fixed. I have taken it back to the dealer to be looked at on top of some typical things (trim pieces falling off, stripped out screws etc).

Talking with one of the techs he is saying this is normal for laminate floors, and I honestly dont buy that. I went to a brand new unit and the floors were solid as they should be.

In all honesty it feels like the subflooring might be just butted up to eachother. If its "normal" for laminate floors I believe I could go into any unit and feel similar conditions.

Any thoughts or similar experiences? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Test your theory pull the coroplast and look underneath. If it is butted with no brace add one. Let the forum know what you find.

Thank you.

So far the dealer has repaired the trim pieces and stripped out screws. The other thing I had them look at was the back wall seemed like it was coming apart. They told me today they are waiting approval from coachmen to do the repairs, the wall needs to be replaced possibly due to moisture. Interesting.

For the floor, "there is nothing they can do", and if I were to bring it in earlier they might of been able to repair. I had it in a indoor storage from october to the 2nd weekend of may to go out for memorial day. I cant really recall noticing it in the fall, and I wasnt sure there was really a problem until recently. Now warranty is about to expire. Before I get it back, I have contacted a customer service rep for Apex.
Will keep posted.
