Apex nano stock converter

Does anyone know what it is? Stages? My battery is shot in my 213rds and I'm wondering if I should replace the converter as well.

Have you tested the converter with a multimeter?

It is a wfco and runs exactly as stated in the link. I found the paperwork for it. Mostly camp on a generator at my hunting lease but nice to be able to leave it off and run lights and fans etc... when it's cool enough to kill the AC. I am thinking about putting two Trojan 12v batteries in would it be a huge upgrade to replace the converter?
