Apex slideout question

Where can I find info on an Apex slide out? I have notice that every time I run the slide out room out there is some gasket looking material that is lying on the ground. I was trying to figure out what the room sets on as it runs out and will the floor be damaged from this gasket getting torn. This is a new Apex trailer.

If it's new, I'd let your dealer figure it out and fix it.

I have a Apex 279rlss. Had a 12 inch piece of rubber seal material laying under the slide out. It was part of a long seal that runs under the slide out. It was installed incorrectly so the end of the seal was catching on the slide out, ripping the end off. Took my dealer 15 minutes to remove the old and install new.

Thanks for reply.. So far it's just been a few small peices that have fallen out. . I guess I'll have to bring it to them when I get a chance to change it. I'm thinking the slide might be rubbing too hard.

Yep, my 2016 Apex 259BHSS has the same problem and is at the dealers now to fix (among other things). Build quality on these things is not the greatest.
