Magnolia Tom. Torn floor, microwave falling out, fireplace shuts off when microwave turns on. Broken shades. Broken wires to battery, torn, peeling decals, broken outside shower, plus some other small things. Keep an eye on the steps, my rivets look like they are bending.

I've had mine for just over a year now and I think it's been to the dealer more times than it's been camping. Kids think having a trailer mean going to the dealer and stopping at Wendy's on the way home

Back to dealer

I have the 2013 Roo but I love it despite the fine tuning that I think the dealer overlooked. You deal with the same crap when buying a car too. Unfortunately this is what we have to deal with.

We have been backyard camping for a couple weekends and love it but it's still in the backyard. Can't wait to get the dealer or manufacturer issues fixed and just relax

We love ours. Can't beat the pantry storage. Love the fireplace as well. Never thought we'd actually use it but it pretty much heats the whole camper during our mild Texas winters.

Don't get me wrong, we love the trailer. Alot of room for everybody. Just wish the q c dept had done a better job. Dealer said alot of rvs come thru with problems, yours is actually quite short. I said why is it a $40,000 camper has so many problems but my $45000 truck is perfectly fine. Then I heard crickets in the showroom. Lol hope this is it for.now.and can start really enjoying it before it goes back up there for the winter to have the floor completely redone.

Although we love our 320BHDS and feel like it will serve us well for years to come, here is our list, it might make you feel better:
-on way home from dealer discovered leaks at a/c unit and around all 3 slides
-had to replace entire rear wall due to delamination
-had hole in rubber roof from construction debris left under roof material
-replaced power center/converter
-replaced water pump
-replaced three cabinet doors that were not properly glued and joints popped
-replaced bathroom door as hinges were not installed properly and stripped out requiring entire new door
-replaced several cushions due to defects in cushion covers
-traced shorts in landing lights, bedroom speakers and exterior speakers

Jeep, I don't know if I'd still own my trailer if I had all those defects on mine. We love it, but that's a lot of stuff. My current displeasure with our dealers service dept has me eyeing a new fifth wheel. Damn that upgrade itch!

Well doesn't make me feel better jeeplj8. Kinda makes me pissed that the manufacturing of all campers is so poor. I also had leaks around the slides but they said they were missing a seal. Just aggravating when you see quality control stickers on the trailer and it's falling apart. Well hopefully once fixed no more issues but I'm not holding my breath.

I know every country back road to my dealer so well the farmers now wave at me when I drive past.
