Battery winter storage?

Howdy,
Chaparral lite 29mks
I now have 3 12v batteries in parallel. The system has been shut off. I have a Coleman Solar 6 watt trickle charger. Should I hook that up through the solar port (Pic provided) and maintain a enough charge over the winter? Do I need any other equipment? Or take the batteries out and charge them as needed on a battery charger?
As always your input is very grateful.

Okay through the internet, I found the Macrochannels connector #LP-20-CO2PE-01-001
It is the connector to hook into the Furrion plug. You need a small piece of cord to connect to your charger. I saw another Zamp product (GOOGLE); however, it was $35 vs. $11. Here is the youtube link

Thoughts???
