Are the pipe/hose pieces flexible enough that they can be pushed up into the hole AS the sheet is moved in one direction or another?

To reinstall merely push sheet in from other direction (if possible) so the bend of the pipe is not hooking into the sheet as it moves Once re-attached the pipes could be realigned with some heat from a hair dryer.

Also, is it possible to work the sheet to one side or another to allow it to be dropped below the "track/support"?

As a last resort one might just resort to cutting a piece of the material out to provide enough room to remove/cut off the pipe for clearance. When work is done and corroplast is replaced, splice the cut off pieces of pipe back in place with appropriate fittings and secure cut out piece with some sheet metal and screw patching.

Push up on the Coroplast where the 1/2” PEX is protruding, slightly bend the PEX and slice through it with a sharp razor knife while you are bending it. When you are finished, put the PEX back together with SharkBite couplings.

Best way to remove 4x8 coroplast?

The pex pipe is short and pretty rigid.

The shark bite alternative is appealing since I could remove it when necessary and reinstall it.

Also I was considering cutting a slot in the corroplast and resealing with scrimshield tape.

And if all else fails, cut it out and replace it. Coroplast (corrugated plastic) is commonly used as a sign material and can be purchased at just about any sign supply company in 4×8 sheets. I've even seen it in 4x12 sheets. Also available in a variety of colors.

Quick update on this— I was able to pull the chloroplast down in the middle and it easily came out from the sides.

Also noticed the rigid short pex run (low point fresh water tank drain) easily unscrewed from the tank.

chaps2018, thanks for the follow up! Didn't know the fresh water drain could be that easily removed.
