Wondering how and what to use to lubricate your dump valves

This is when my Wife will remind me how smart I am. I didn't know you HAD to lubricate them. There's always moisture on the inside of the valve so I never thought about it. I'll be watching for replies, too!

All I've ever done is shoot some dry lube on the pull handle.

I have three valves. One needs lubing every couple trips. (Both the handle and through the sink. You know its time to lube when it gets hard to pull.
