bottom panel problems

hi I have a coachmen chaparral xlite 31rls and the enclosed bottom of my trailer 2 panels that were screwed together came apart and dropped when I tried to refasten them I found a board sitting on the I beam rails but it was not fastened to the frame how do you screw the panels back up when the board moves around?

use some self tapping screws and attach the wooden board to the frame. Or you could do what I did was to make a sheet metal clip fasten it to the frame then to the wood.
