I have a Chaparral 390 QSMB. The floor plan is very similar to your Brookstone. The furnace duct in the middle bedroom blasts like crazy. The duct on my trailer is on the wall instead of the floor though. The furnace is mounted behind the bunk room wall, under the bathroom and the vent is the closest to the furnace. I pulled the vent cover and used aluminum furnace tape to block off most of the vent. It works well. Because I have a wall duct, I couldn't find an adjustable cover like you can get for the floor ducts.

Is your wall duct the round one? If so I did find adjustable ones for it which I also put in the bathroom which was blasting hot air as well.

It is a round one. Please, pass along the details on adjustable ones. I have adjustable round ones in my ceiling for the a/c. I didn't know if they would work for the wall furnace ducts.

Thanks.

The round ones we have are 4" in size and we found dampened round vents at camping world and amazon. The part number says H810.
