Brought home our new Chapparal 373MBRB

So... We did it... We ordered a 5er and so far I'm a happy camper. After a TON of searching around for floor plans we settled on the 373MBRB which is a Mid-bunk and rear bunk style unit and it has TWO full bathrooms. We are a young family with 6 kids and needed the room for our tribe.

The sad part is that we live in South Florida and I drove all the way to Michigan to get the unit. it just seemed as if all the dealers in Florida didn't have the time to work on a deal, or didn't care because the market is hot right now. I even tried to call a few dealers in neighboring states, some didn't even call me back.

Back to the good stuff... I'm ecstatic on the handling and towability (yea I think I made up a word) of the unit. The storage is great as well. I did opt for the auto leveling feature which is a MUST after I've used it.

If anyone out there has any questions on this unit let me know.

Be well!

Welcome from South Georgia and congrats on your Chaparral. We have had our Chappie 336TSIK for over a year and still loving it (full timing). Pretty good unit, there have been a few minor issues, mainly with the trim and the larger cabinet drawers support. I had to create a new structural support method for these. Yep, good move on the auto-level and I think tow-ability is very appropriate. Sums ours up too. Enjoy.

I checked out the floor plan. Tons of room for a big family. Please tell me you are not towing it with the F150 you have in your signature

Yes... Doesn't everyone tow a large 5er with an F150! I have an F250 for this rig which tows perfectly.

Congrats! We are just about through our first year on our 360IBL and have been enjoying the Coachman customer delight!

Also i have been eyeing the ground control3 autoleveling system. We may get it for our Christmas present this year. I just need to find a big enough concrete workspace to install it.

Hope you guys make lots of good memories in the rig

very nice rig you picked out. Anyway I have been searching for a slightly larger tt and found a 30ft with 2 slides and center island. How do you like the center island, plenty of room to walk around etc.
