Camping in 360IBL

We went camping for 5 days at Eisenhower State Park. When we got there about 10am on that Saturday morning, almost all the spots were taken. #82 was open--not our favorite but still an ok spot. No "front yard" but that's ok because two of our friends were parked in other spots and we spent most of our time there. Had WONDERFUl weather, great campfires, good food and some great company. Most people left on Sunday and we had the entire loop to ourselves (with one camp host, one other camper) on Monday and Tuesday. I think I really like winter camping. NO bugs, great wildlife. I love Texas.

Great pictures! Glad you had a great time and great weather!
We've only been about 35miles out of town so far at the King Ranch (family lives out there)

IronCobra, hope DH and I can meet up with you and yours some day. I am loving this 5er. In the process of selling down so we can sell our house and hit the road. We are in our mid 60s so figure we have maybe 5 good years of traveling and I'm READY to hit the road. So glad you are doing some rving while you are young! The picture with people is of my DH and our bestest friend.
