buskirk21921 did you get this issue fixed? Ever since you posted this thread, we've only had one day of camping when it rained (heavily with small hail). Haven't noticed this yet but was wondering about your issue.

Long story short, no. We arrived at the Coachmen factory on August 7, prior to the FROG Rally in Goshen, IN to drop off the 5th wheel. They were to fix the spider web cracks and address the leaking windows. We picked up the 5th wheel the afternoon of August 7 after they indicated that they worked on the above issues as well as others that I had listed for repair while at the FROG Rally. Around August 10, I noticed that where they had buffed out the cracks there were round patches and the cap was faded at the top. I contacted the warranty/service manager and he came out to the rally and agreed that the cap needed to be repainted. I will have to take it to our dealer for the work. We then had rain and the back right window started to leak again so the warranty/service manager will authorize our dealer to replace the window. I tried to persuaded him to replace all three while at the factory but I guess Lippert(LCI) wouldn't agree. Just be careful if you have a dark cap as these have a good possibility to fade. I noticed that while at the rally that some of the Silverback silver caps and the dark Wildcat caps were fading. I had other repairs done as well at the factory. Wheel for the fireplace would stop and fire would look like it stopped. Island was loose. I did notice at the rally that the underside of the large slide with refrig, stove, entertainment was being shredded, the side closest to the bunk slide. They fixed it at the rally and said it was an actuator bar.

Thanks for the response. Give us some other things to look out for. Haven't had these issues yet but will be on the alert. We do have the first of the 360ibls that have the dark cap so will try to be cautious about that. We have never used the fire place, only turning it on for just a few minutes to show someone how it works and will have DH go under and check out the slide the next time we are out.

Did notice a slight wiggle in the island whenever DH was talking to someone in the kitchen area and he would heavily lean against it. What did they do for that?

Might just misunderstand your wording but the dark painted front caps are an old cap. FR changed them to the white caps like mine back in August production of last year and all are built with white caps now.

Model production changes happen typically in Aug or Sept of each year even being the same model year.

Ours was probably one of the first 360IBLs made as it does have the dark cap and the interior finish is a bit different than the newer ones with the light cap, like yours. When we bought it in March of this year, the dealership had about 3 with the old cap and interior and about five with the white cap and newer interior. They've sold them all.

Here's a video that shows what ours looks like. The caption says 306 IBL but that's a typo error on part of whoever posted the video:

Ok at this point I regret purchasing the 360IBL. I notice that I have another window leaking(the window at the top of the steps across from the bathroom and the right back side next to couch. All three, the two mentioned and the left back side next to the couch were all resealed at the Rally in Goshen instead of them being replaced. Now I have to add this to the dealer fix. Pictures included. I will post again on mods and things fixed at the Rally.

I think that they put a small wood support under large section but it still wiggles and due to the construction of the island is not ideal as it only has one center post at one side so it is like a tri cycle.
