We recently discovered that our 2017 Coachmen Viking 17BH (also no slide), had a leak in the right front corner of the ceiling.
We were told that, unfortunately, its just the way the industry is these days.. there is a huge demand for these trailers, and they're pumping them out of the factory assembly line at a rate of 17-20 a day, the quality control just isn't there, and that this issue was likely happening from the day it was built.. (based on the amount of damage that had occurred in just over the 1 yr since we took deliver - conveniently out of warranty - luckily our dealership took care of it for us)
Our dealership was able to do a leak test.. perhaps you could take your unit in for them do this.. my understanding is that they put a soapy solution on the trailer, and then they pressurize the inside of the trailer, and where ever the soap bubbles appear on the outside is where you have a leak.
Good luck!
