We saw one of these at an rv show earlier this year and it's a great layout. We got the smaller 360IBL because of price. I hope you will post here if you get one and send pics of your outings!

ugaoki, we are loving the 360. The smaller bunkroom worked great for us because we took out the bunks and turned it into my crafting room. No problems so far. We've had it since March and have been on 4 outings. Going again in October for 10 days. I really did like the big bunkroom in the 380 tho and then the 390 is a great layout, too. For us it totally boiled down to price and a little bit in size..the 40' of the 360 is about all DH wanted to handle. The 380 and 390 bunkrooms are bigger so that's a big consideration for some

So so either of you use them for colder weather. I will be doing that and the salesman tells me it will handle it but you know how that goes😀

they are NOT built for continuous below freezing temps. We have a 2014 Chaparral. Typical bugs to work out, but has been ok. Sure not insulated for all season use, no matter what the stickers on the side say.

Ours does not have the tank heaters but I do know that's an option you can have put on at the factory. The underbelly is reported to be "fully enclosed and heated" but the heat is provided by the furnace so it has to be running to get any heat into that area (using the propane). There are cold weather precautions you can take that are on other threads in the forum but we have no personal experience using it in cold weather yet.

dropping below freezing at night for a few hours is no issue, but nothing is sealed well enough for sustained freezing temps.
