Coachmen Encounter 2011

We are looking at purchasing a 2011 Coachmen Encounter 36KS Class A and noticed some cracking in the paint on the rear passenger exterior side wall. Is this something to be concerned about? Will the cracking continue to cause future problems? Thanks for any feedback.
