Just a follow up. Factory rep emailed me detailed directions to locate the center of the metal backing board in our Brookstone 315RL. He also advised me of its dimensions, material and the length of mounting screws used in the OEM install.

Thats the kind of thing I really needed, and a plus in my books for after the sale service from a company.

We are going to be in Indiana in August. Does anyone know if Coachman offers Factory Tours? We would love to do a tour.

They do as part of the annual Coachmen rally(s) that are held nearby. Check out: Coachmen Caravan Club

They usually have tours as part of the rally.

Had a similar experience with Coachmen. Emailed my VIN to find out when trailer was made. They responded within 2 business days with the exact launch date. We are impressed.
