FE 292BHDS Leaf Springs maxed out?

I was wondering if my springs where at their operational limits. I was taking a look under the trailer yesterday and noticed that they look pretty flat.

The trailer axle weight was 6500 loaded to camp and hooked to the trailer at the CAT scale. It only has about 600Kms on it.

I have attached a picture of the rear axle, right and left side, the fronts are the same. The GVWR is 7600 and the axles are rated for 3500lbs each.

They seem pretty flat if you ask me.

Well allot of people that have seen the springs agreed that the springs look flat. I sent the pics to my dealer who has forwarded them to Forest River and Lippert to see what they are going to do to rectify the issue.

My dealer swapped out the flat Lippert springs with beefier Dexter springs under warranty. It is much much better now. No squeaks either.

Interesting thing is that Lippert said they where 2200lb springs on my axles. I find that hard to believe because they should not have sagged like that with only 6500lbs axle weight when loaded.

Anyone have new pictures with the springs replaced? Just curious to see the difference.
