Hard Folding Entry Steps 320BHDS

Hi, anyone having any issues with folding or unfolding the entry steps?
I have tried lubing them and it doesn't help either, any input would be great, thanks.

Haven't had that problem, yet. The rivets may just be tight. I know my bottom one sticks sometimes.

I seldom use mine, bought a "Handi-Step Spa Step" for about $50. Store it inside the trailer near the door. It is a lot sturdier and more solid to support my weight of nearly 275 pounds, and very light and easy to handle!
(see it in my signature photo at left)

yep - our 320 did the same thing, grabbed the WD-40 and they are smooth again. there were 6 pivot points IIRC.

STRONGLY suggest you drill out the rivets and replace them with IIRC 5/16" x 1" gr 8 bolts and nyloc nuts. The binding may be caused by the wear on the rivets. Not good IMO.

Think I will go with your suggestions sir. At almost 300 lbs I don't want that failure
