How to add 2 6v batteries to 2017 Apex ultra lite 245bhs?

I recently purchased the apex 245bhs but cannot fit my 2 6v batteries as the fibre glass cap takes up too much space! Wondering if anyone has figured out a fit?

Pics of the space would help.

I just recently purchased the exact same trailer as you. I think I will find a dual 6v battery box that holds the batteries side by side instead of end to end. The battery box will look more like a square instead of a rectangle like the traditional dual 6v boxes. I found a company called Quickbox that makes them. Then I will remove the angle iron on square tube that holds spare tire on and simply add a square tube closer to LP tanks and weld another piece of angle iron to the new square tube I have added with the exact dimensions of the battery box. If you go with the long rectangle battery box I think you will have to move the LP tanks to which would be more work.
