In-service checklist

we recently bought our first travel trailer and have only used it once for a quick overnight stay. We are going on an extended stay this week end and will be using all of the hookups. After filling the water system today to flush evrything out i found that the dealer didnt turn on the valve down at the pump. upon looking things over further they didnt route the refridgerator drain out the vent opening. Is there a generic checklist or inservice list that I can work through to make sure everything is how it should be?

Thank you

P.S. I'll try to keep my newby questions to a minimum!
