Is Ram 3500 4x4 SRW too tall to tow a coachmen lite 30RLS 5th wheel?

Planning to upgrade our trailer to a 5er - we like the coachmen lite 30RLS. It measures 60” to the bottom of the cab. Tow vehicle would be Ram 3500 SRW 4x4 that measures 59” to the top of the bed rails. Obviously there’s a clearance issue. The pin weight is 1500 lbs dry.

How are people towing all these fifth wheels that average 60” ground to cab height with newer model trucks that have bed rails that average 57-59 inches?

I see some that ride nose high but most look fine going down the road.

Are you on level ground when taking the 5er height measurement? (Ie same dimension frame to ground just In front of the front wheel and just behind the rear wheel?

My truck squats a good 2-3” when hitched. That leaves you room to mess with the pin height or the hitch height to get the preferred 6” of bed rail clearance
