Jack stand replacement

I have a 2010 Chaparral by coachmen in which I am attempting to replace/repair both of the landing jacks.
I am wondering what is the best way to access both sides of the landing jacks? I am leaning towards accessing the jacks by going through the front storage area. That will require taking out the osb board. Is there an easy way to take that board out?

welcome. pictures may help. Surprised they are not accessible. Mine are wide open in the front storage compartment.
