Jensen Customer Service

I have to give a "thumbs up" for Jensen. Called them, told them about a radio/dvd issue, they answered phone, spoke English, told me to send the head unit in and they will send me a replacement. Pretty good customer service. Thanks!

Finally found time to send head unit to Jensen, as promised, a new one was returned within 5 days. Double checked everything on the TT and installed the new head unit, works like new.

Good day,
I have a 2014 salem travel with a Jensen radio,stereo system in it. I can not receive any am or fm radio stations while I can in my truck and can while sitting right next to it. Seems as though there is not an antenna hooked up to it!

Is there something I can do or add to rectify this issue. Thanks

I would bet your antenna cable is loose. You should be able to gain access by a side panel or just remove the 4 screws on front and plug the antenna cable back in.

Hi Burgeogull,

Yes, if you do not receive any stations then most likely the antenna is disconnected, loose or damaged. As chaztrewhitt suggested, remove the four screws to allow you to pull the unit from the wall and gain access to the rear and you can check the antenna connection.

If the antenna is secured to the radio, you may need to do some further diagnostics on the antenna. Some applications may have a FM signal booster. If your coach does, you will need to verify this is connected properly and is functional. Your RV dealer should be able to assist in determining what components are installed on your coach.
