Ladder to roof

We have a 2017 Coachman Chaparral Lite. It has the roof access ladder that hinges to allow for the cargo rack to be folded up and stored.
Trip #4 last week, i lower the cargo rack and pin it in place. I then go to lower the ladder. The hinge point stuck a little and when I put pressure on it the hinge snapped.
Of course, none of the manuals that I have show any parts listings, I have tried to GOOGLE with no success.
Can anyone please suggest where to find a parts listing so I can order a replacement.Click image for larger version

I also have a 2017 coachman lite 30RLS and the ladder has much to be desired I have had all kinds of problems and took the trailer to a local shop for warrenty work. You only have 1 year to get Coachman to fix these little problems so get it done while you can. I am doing a lot of mods myself and happier with that verses factory fixes

Agreed. We have been back twice and will have a 3rd visit in November (already have the list started)
Bought it new in March. Took it to dealer in late April thinking our issues would be addressed. Only to find out that they had to review the item, take up to 3 pictures, submit to factory for authorization, once authorization was received, then they would order the parts (and wait), then they would schedule, then they would fix.
We had a 2 week trip planned to WY (we live in PA) to see our 1st granddaughter the second week in May. We had to take it away. ENJOY our trip, then take it back end of May to get the work done.
Very frustrating for $45,000
