Has anyone had trouble with the lights in the slide? Mine stopped working by the 3rd trip. When you turn them on the LEDs barely BARELY glow. No actual light happens, but all the other lights are perfectly bright. I'm thinking the slide mechanism has pinched or sheared into the line to power to the lights? All three lights in the slide out behave the same way.

Never mind, I solved it!

I had pulled the 15 amp fuse to the radio so it wouldn't kill my battery in storage.

When I took my camper in for service to replace a faulty converter, they apparently moved my dinette 15 amp fuse to the Radio slot to test it. So it had no fuse! Easy fix.

Our 32" TV in living area measures 29 x 17.5 inches. The bunkhouse opening is 24 3/4 x 20", there is a 1 3/4 recess on each side in addition. The shelf is 6" deep. The outdoor kitchen is 32.5 x 25.5" and 3" deep. Our unit did not come with tv's in bunkhouse or outdoor kitchen.

I bought the 310 BHDS back in January. With three g'son's ages 22 months, 9 yr., and 10 year old the bunk room was a huge selling point. I debated getting a unit with two bunk slides but my son and special lady talked me into a unit with the outside kitchen. No regrets at all now. The only problem so far is that the A/C unit has quit cooling. The A/C unit runs fine and sounds normal, but it will not cool. We have only been out three times with this unit. The first trip was the day after receiving the unit and the weather was still a bit cool so we didn't run the A/C. The second trip out was to a site we have been before with the old TT. We noticed that the unit just did not feel as cool as we thought it should have been with the A/C running constantly. The third trip was even worse. It seemed that the A/C unit was not cooling at all and we did have mid-day sun on the unit. After getting home from that trip I started to look into the A/C problem and found that the differential temperature on the unit was 8 degrees, at best with the TT parked under large shade trees. With an outside temp of 96 degrees I could get the inside of the TT down to 81 degrees. A phone call to the selling dealer and I find out that there seems to be a problem with some Dometic Brisk-Air II 15,000 BTU units being low on freon. So now it's back to the dealer who is 90 miles away so they can check out the A/C unit. The problem with that is they told me they are 6-8 weeks away from being able to even check out the unit. Their policy is that they take the "next unit in line" for repairs so taking the TT back to them so it can sit until it's number comes up is the only thing to do. There is no other RV service/repair center which honors the Dometic warranty closer to me. Other than this problem the 310 BHDS unit has exceeded our expectations and I'm really liking that outside kitchen as I do most of the cooking over the campfire.

Thurman - I'm not an expert at all, but wonder if you can buy one of those freon recharge kits from an auto parts store and add freon to the unit yourself??? I LOVE my A/C and would at least research that before I went 6-8 weeks in prime camping season without it.
Just a thought - best wishes.

Don't quote me a 100% but don't think charging these units is an option.

Mine went out a couple weeks ago. I was told that it's a sealed unit and cannot be repaired. I needed it fixed quickly so as not to cancel vacation plans. I paid a little over $1k and it was replaced in under 20 minutes. Now I'm waiting on dometic to reimburse me some $ since it was under warranty.
