My previous trailer had an EPDM roof and I was constantly battling black streaks on the siding, even when it was new. The current trailer I believe has a TPO roof, and I have encountered NO black streaking after 15 months I am happy to say. I hope that continues, it's nice not to have those dreaded and pesky to remove black streaks.
