I would agree with not putting one on. From what I've read stuff still gets under the cover and is hard to clean. That and I don't like adding holes to exterior surfaces. I just get on the truck bed railsand sweep off the slide.

I bought a telescoping extension ladder and keep it in the ext compartment. Comes in handy for many other things than just cleaning off the slide.

Anyone interested in purchasing a P2 brake controller? I might have one for sale soon. My buddy just bought a new Tundra Limited and it has an integrated brake control. He was looking to give me his P3 and I'd give him what ever money I made off mine. Thought I'd ask here first before posting in the classified section.

After a few attempts to figure out what to do, we FINALLY found a great solution to the clothes cubby on either side of the queen bed. Purchased them at Walmart for $20/each. They are held together by small tabs in each corner. You'll have to disassemble each drawer, pull the plastic bin, wiggle the frame into the cubby, snap it back down on top of the previous one, and replace the plastic bin. Very easy to do. Lots of space for clothes and extras.Click image for larger version

Cool idea. Plus you still have room above it.

Potential new Apex owner/Apex 288BH info

Ok... So a couple more things that I did to the camper today. I added this little key holder just inside the door. I got tired of always trying to find my keys (this probably won't help that much lol). I used a Command Strip.

I used Command Strips to attach this solar LED light https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00QL2C20C . I used it last weekend and it did a very nice job. I have a second set of command strips on the tongue of the Apex... I let it charge for a few hours each day, put it underneath before dark, and it works very well.

Great to hear. It's such a nice (and cheap) add-on.
