Power jack not working!!

Just got to the campground. Trying to unhitch and jack doesn't work. Tried shore power, battery only, and plugged into tow vehicle. What should I be looking for? I've manually operated the jack with a 3/4 socket. Any advice would be great. I just got it back from the dealer and DO NOT want to take it back.

Thanks

Follow the 12 volt lead from the jack and there should be an in-line fuse that is probably burnt.

To clarify, there is no power coming thru the jack....the light doesn't work either. Is there a fuse or reset switch under the frame that I don't know about?

See the picture below, red lead has black in-line fuse, remove cover and check fuse if burnt. Usually that is the way these are wired.
