Radio Signal Improvement

I would like to enhance my radio signal. I have a 2015 Coachman Freedom Express. I have no visible radio antenna and nothing in the paperwork explains where it is or how to make it stronger.
I pulled the built in radio out and it has an RCA type cable on the top.

Does anyone know how I can increase my signal reception?

Thanks, Nate

No cable with a connector like this? Solderless Motorola-Type Plug https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007Z7LXW0..._BjtTCbK959Q3B

Is the antenna in the windshield?

That looks like it. No windshield, mine is a 28’ trailer.
The radio sits beneath the tv, could the radio antenna cable on the other end be connected to the tv antennae on the roof?
